TALC
Talc for plastics
Impexinvest LLC supplies talc powder for the production of plastics of the TPM-V and TPM-1 trademarks. These trademarks of talc are reinforcing fillers of a wide range of polymeric materials (polypropylene, polyamide, cellular polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polystyrene, polystyrene, fiber optic materials, etc.)
Talc powder TPM-V. It is soft, very white, chemically stable talc powder of exceptional pureness with very low iron content.
Talc powder TPM-1. It is soft, white, chemically stable talc powder with low content of impurities.
The advantages of these trademarks of talc are the following:
- Increases stiffness and compressive strength and rupture due to plate-form particles;
- Increases heat resistance and UV stability;
- Improves chemical inertness and protective properties, providing excellent interaction with other active ingredients;
- Improves dielectric properties;
- Improves the appearance of the products;
- Low abrasiveness reduces the run-out of the equipment;
- In finely dispersed form provides increased impact resistance;
- Increases resistance to creeping at elevated temperatures and the modulus of elasticity in bending;
- Improves strength, formability, reduces shrinkage during the formation, and increases the surface quality of the molded parts;
- High corrosion resistance;
- Lack of amphibole and crystalline silica, very low content of heavy metals can create safe and environmentally friendly products.
